GeezJobs - Recruitment Department would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants for the Manager position on behalf of a client company/Employer.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and lounge staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs.
  • Customer Service: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests. Ensure that guests' needs are met promptly and handle any customer complaints or concerns. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service among the staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. Monitor expenses, analyze financial data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Menu and Inventory Management: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings based on market trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory levels and implement effective inventory control procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, Lounge Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, staffing, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
