Job Description:

Softnet Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PC and Office Machines Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and support of PC systems, office machines, and IT-related equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of both Softnet Solutions and our clients' technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and troubleshoot PC systems and office machines to ensure they are in proper working condition.
2. Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform necessary repairs and upgrades.
3. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
4. Provide technical support to Softnet Solutions staff and clients for PC-related issues.
5. Ensure the security and integrity of data on PC systems and office machines.
6. Collaborate with the IT team to optimize network and system performance.
7. Manage and maintain an inventory of PC systems, peripherals, and office machines.
8. Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for Softnet Solutions clients.
9. Stay up to date with technological advancements and recommend hardware and software upgrades as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PC and Office Machines Technician or a similar role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Adept at managing and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
