Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team, providing academic support for students in grades 9-12. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computational science (applied / teaching) or engineering, a minimum Bachelor's degree with a CGPA greater than 2.75, and a passion for fostering a positive learning experience. Previous tutoring experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Create clear and concise study materials, including notes and summaries, to aid students in understanding complex topics.
• Break down challenging concepts into easily digestible explanations.
• Encourage interactive discussions to deepen students' understanding of the subject matter.
• Tailor tutoring approaches to cater to the diverse learning styles and preferences of each student.
• Offer individualized support to address specific challenges and enhance overall comprehension.
• Regularly assess student progress through assignments and quizzes.
• Provide constructive feedback to guide students toward improvement and academic success.
• Encourage critical thinking skills by prompting students to analyze, question, and apply concepts.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes, educational trends, and advancements in computing and engineering subjects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where students feel comfortable seeking help and clarification.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computational science(applied / teaching ), Engineering, or a related field.
• CGPA greater than 2.75.
• More than one year of tutoring experience, preferably with high school students.
• Strong knowledge of the high school curriculum in either of these subjects: physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about tutoring.
• Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
