Job Summary
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper with at least 1 year of experience to manage our inventory and ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and supplies.
- Properly store items in designated locations with clear labeling.
- Maintain accurate stock records using stock cards or inventory software.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions and ensure timely delivery to users.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock movement (receipts, issues, returns).
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low stock or reorder needs.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports and audits.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding inventory control.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a store or warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or inventory software is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
