Job Summary

On behalf of our client, We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic female professional to join our client's team as a Senior Customer Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional client-handling experience
  • Proven ability to manage challenging situations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Ensure smooth resolution of client issues, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that improve client satisfaction and team productivity.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs; identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle difficult client and employee situations with calm and confidence.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum of 4 years in customer service with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in customer service tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented industry
  • Experience at health centers is a plus
