Job Summary
On behalf of our client, We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic female professional to join our client's team as a Senior Customer Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure smooth resolution of client issues, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies that improve client satisfaction and team productivity.
- Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs; identify areas for improvement.
- Handle difficult client and employee situations with calm and confidence.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum of 4 years in customer service with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in client relationship management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in customer service tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented industry
- Experience at health centers is a plus
