We are looking for a skilled and experienced Media Executive Director to lead our media department with a strong background in journalism and related fields. The ideal candidate will have 10 or more years of experience in the media industry, specifically in roles that have provided a well-rounded understanding of journalism and media operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall media strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of media professionals, providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship.
• Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of all media content, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media partners, stakeholders, and industry contacts.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to media activities.
• Evaluate the performance of media initiatives and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement and optimization.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in media production and distribution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in media, journalism, or related fields, with a proven track record of success and leadership.
• Strong understanding of media operations, content creation, and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute media plans that drive business results.
• Creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Age between 30 to 40 years old.
• Experience working in both traditional and digital media environments.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies shaping the media landscape.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
