HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the tech industry, experience in automating HR processes, and excellent interpersonal skills, The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top candidates around the tech industry.
• Enhance team performance by automating HR management through various tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managerial role. Experience in the tech industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of recruiting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
