On behalf of our client, a leading coffee export company, we are seeking a seasoned Finance Head with extensive experience in the coffee industry. This position offers a highly attractive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Cash Flow Management
• Compliance & Governance
• Team Leadership
• System Optimization
• Manage financial instruments: letters of credit (LCs), international payments, export credit insurance, and other financial instruments unique to international trade and coffee export.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years which is 5+ years in a coffee exporting company and 5+ years in different sectors
• Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control.
• Strong understanding of international trade finance, foreign exchange, and commodity markets.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
