Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid to Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare design, master plans, and mixed-use projects, with a proven ability to lead and manage projects from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity for an architect who is passionate about creating impactful and sustainable spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to develop and refine project concepts and designs.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, models, and renderings.
• Oversee the production of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during the construction phase to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare design and mixed-use projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of work designed and constructed.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
