Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator with a solid background in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Support the accounting team with data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of financial records.
  • Manage petty cash, assist in preparing financial reports, and help monitor company expenses.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate shipments and logistics documentation in collaboration with the import/export team.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, shipping agents, and other third-party service providers as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly tax reports, including VAT and withholding tax.
  • Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and support internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and assist with audit preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration with accounting duties.
  • Experience in an import/export or logistics company is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with tax filings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
