Job Summary The Program Officer II plans organizes and coordinates the program formulation and fundraising activities of the organization. S/he provides capacity development support to ASE field staff in relation to project preparation and other relevant topics. S/he supports the coordination of selected Field Offices (liaisons). S/he serves as source of information on government and donor policies. S/he ensures the inclusion of key ASE functions mentioned in the strategic plan, donor and government policies as well as mainstreaming of issues related to gender and HIV-Aids, climate change, food security and value chain activities. S/he also serves as a focal person for climate change, value chain development, and food security activities in ASE. Job Requirements MA/MSc or BA/BSc in Development Studies, Agriculture, Management or related field of study Experience 8 years for MA/MSc, 10 years for BA/BSc in relevant work Salary: Birr 11,983.00
