Ahadukes Food Product S.C. is a manufacturing company primarily engaged in food products, Biscuits and Pasta in Bishoftu town of Oromia state. It is a joint investment between Ahadu P.L.C & UK based Vasari investment Group. We hence, invite qualified applicants for the following vacant position. Role purpose General: Develop strategies, tactics, and programs to continually strengthen the company’s brand architecture model in light of a clear understanding of the market dynamics: competitive environment; consumption trend; consumers’ behavior… Analyzing the trends of each portfolio of brands regarding their prospects and challenges and continually work on developing innovative concepts and strategies to increase the business relevance of each individual brands and SKUs. Continually gather market information on brands & SKUs, pricing, distribution and RTM tactics of the competition in the market. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop proactive brand portfolio management strategy. Responsible in developing and constantly update brand Strategy for the existing and new portfolio of brands which includes Brand Concept development with clear Segmentation, Targeting and positioning strategy Product strategy development; packaging (Volume, Shape, SKU); Design (Color selection, Font, Name, and other brand cues; Content (taste flavor); Take a lead in the development of marketing communication message themes and the complete designing of marketing campaigns. Develop the brand communication tool requirement with their detailed description and specification for each marketing campaigns. Develop the annual activity plan for all ATL communications with all resource requirements. Take a lead on the development of brand communication standard documents i.e. brand book, brand communication guideline Develop Public relation Strategy and PR campaign that resonates with the company’s mission vision and strategy Develop PR documents like Documentaries, Brochures, etc… Develop and effectively execute a media plan Take a lead in managing creative companies, production companies, and Media. Ensure the timely availability of all POS and other brand collaterals for communication upon the approval of their plan. Take a lead on Controlling the Standards set on the brand manual and brand Communication guidelines on Both ATL, BTL, and corporate level Communication (ATL Communication include Media: Audio-video, Online, and Print; BTL Communications include Big Events, Sales Promotion, Merchandising, and Visibility; Corporate level Communications (Facility Branding, Corporate Stationery, and signage, warehouse branding, Clothing Etc) Insure the perfect execution of brand standards in any communication for Both Internal and external public. Develop Standard on the development and replacement of POS items and corporate materials Develop corporate material tracking and replacement procedures Supervise on the execution of every marketing communication to their alignment with the Brand manual and the brand communication guide line Initiate brand health trucking when needed and develop a proposal for improvement on the brand management Develop training to any concerned body on the brand strategy, communication guide lines and other issues that best support the effectiveness of brand communication execution. Develop awareness Program on the brand for internal staff to create common word communication. Qualification: Degree or above in business-related fields of Study. Experience: 5 years related experience profitably in brand management in FMCG companies. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and internet usage Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent report writing skills.
