WebSprix is looking for a very energetic, dynamic, and confident sales manager to manage the broadband internet service sales of the company. Core responsibilities of the Sales Manager are: Setting a targeted plan and ensuring achievement of forecasted/agreed sales volume and value objectives Ensures achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Coaches, trains and motivates sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets; Developing, proposing and applying incentive schemes for direct and indirect sales staffs so as to motivate the team Prepares sales action plans and strategies to meet personal and sales team targets Responsible in organizing sales staff work schedules and its execution accordingly Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of the sales team engaged in promoting and selling services Gathering relevant competitive information to aid management decisions Organizing and conducting sales campaigns so as to create visibility of the company and generate sales leads Ensuring good relationship with existing and new customers as well as internal and external stakeholders Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing their feedback for possible improvements Have a proper understanding of the product and services provided by our company and using the knowledge for up-selling and cross-selling Routine daily/ weekly/ periodic reports on plans and performances of the team's activity For more information about the company: www.websprix.com Job Requirements At least a BA Degree in Marketing or related Business fields 3 or 5 years of work experience in supervisory and managerial responsibilities respectively
