Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilitator Coordinator to join our team and support the implementation of project activities for our Leyu Product. This role is essential for:

• Ensuring smooth coordination and timely follow-ups
• Effective communication with facilitators
• Enabling the successful delivery of program objectives

The ideal candidate will be trilingual, fluent in Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for facilitators
• Scheduling and organizing the recruitment process
• Coordinating, monitoring, and supporting facilitators
• Maintaining regular communication with facilitators
• Assisting in organizing training and meetings
• Supporting project activity planning and execution
• Collecting and reporting on activity progress
• Preparing and maintaining an issue log
• Coordinating with the call center and support team
• Keeping accurate records of facilitator interactions
• Overseeing monitoring and evaluation of training programs
• Managing device facilitation and support
• Facilitating coordination between project teams and stakeholders
• Contributing to process improvements and project efficiency
• Participating in company-related activities as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fluency in Afaan Oromo and Amharic
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in English
• Experience in coordination or facilitation roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Availability for travel to contributor locations
