Princess Treatment is a luxury beauty salon dedicated to delivering exceptional hair, nail, and beauty services in a professional and welcoming environment. We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Supervisor to support day-to-day operations, ensure excellent customer service, and help manage both staff and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Act as cashier – handle payments, receipts, and daily balancing.
- Greet and assist customers at the front desk; manage bookings, telephone calls, and email queries.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed and valued.
- Address customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Support marketing efforts, including managing salon social media accounts.
- Maintain records and basic reports using Excel and other simple IT tools.
- Uphold salon standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and presentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a salon, spa, or related customer service/management role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required).
- Presentable, friendly, and professional personality.
- Confident problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic IT tools.
- Social media management experience is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Wollo Sefer.
Location: Wollo Sefer, Addis Ababa
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 ETB (based on experience)
