Job Description Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions, and beverages to the required standards Ensure that stations have their correct Mise-en-place (MizanPluse). Ensure that service teams are always correctly and smartly groomed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their guests. Hold regular On-the-Job training sessions to ensure that teams can perform their duties correctly. Job Requirements BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field of studies. Minimum of 3 years for a degree or 5 years for diploma-related experience. Committed to company and professional core values. Able to engage the team and guests effectively. Good Interpersonal skills.
