MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
- Lead on key accounts and offer strategic ideas in the development of all campaigns
- Lead the agency’s ideas presentation and ensure deliverables remain faithful to the brief and is kept within the timeframe and budget
- Establish relationships with new clients and maintains and nurtures business relationships with new clients
- Identify ‘at risk’ clients and offers support and guidance to ensure accounts are retained
- Monitors work performance of the Account Services team, offering guidance and support where necessary
- Offers training to the Account Services team, ensuring each member is performing to their best ability
- Creates and leads major presentations for clients and prospective clients
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
- BA and MA graduate in related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related areas and roles.
- Proven people management skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Sound background in finance
- Proven presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proven time management skill
- English language skill, written and spoken is mandatory
