Job Purpose
The role plays a critical part in maintaining the financial health of the company by applying strong accounting principles and handling a wide range of financial tasks effectively.
About You
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Work Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a full-cycle accounting role
Competencies Requirement
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards
- Ability to perform financial analysis and interpret financial data
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
- Understanding of audit procedures with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience or exposure to customs and revenue matters is a plus
Additional Details
- Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful probation period
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
- Salary: Attractive
- Registration period: 10 consecutive days starting from April 30, 2026
