Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern 6 months (with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance) with 0–1 year of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations and gain valuable, hands-on experience in financial processes and documentation. Outstanding performance during the internship period may lead to a full-time employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and updating financial records
- Support the processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Help with monthly reconciliations and report preparation
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
- Assist the finance team during audits and internal reviews
- Perform other related administrative and finance tasks as assigned
Qualification
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or volunteer roles are a plus)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
