Job Summary
The Secretary / Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role involves managing communications, organizing documents, supporting management, and maintaining efficient office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and letters
- Support management and staff with office-related tasks

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Science or any related field
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
