Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, and supporting timely delivery of products. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and manage logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
- Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Ensure efficient inventory movement and stock management support
- Resolve logistics-related issues and delays effectively
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities
- Support cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operational roles
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
