Job Summary:
The Accounting Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions in compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
Qualification and Experience:
- BSc Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field with 0 years of experience.
- Diploma in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Key Responsibilities (Added Detail):
- Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
