Ethiopian Airlines Group invites qualified applicants for the position of Adjunct Professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management for Aviation.

Qualification Requirements

• Educational Background: Ph.D. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field, earned in residence through a full-time program at an accredited institution.
• Industry Experience: Relevant industry experience in logistics and supply chain roles, preferably within the aviation sector, is desirable.

Subject Matter Knowledge

In-depth understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles, particularly in the aviation context:

• Familiarity with air cargo operations, freight forwarding, and airport logistics
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software)
• Knowledge of data analytics and its application in logistics decision-making
• Awareness of current trends, challenges, and innovations in the aviation logistics sector
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks governing aviation logistics

Language

• Knowledge of the working language, English, is mandatory.
