Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Junior Mechanical Engineer, Associate Mechanical Engineer, or in an equivalent position.
Job Summary:
- The Associate Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, maintenance, installation, and improvement of mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves assisting senior engineers in project execution, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring that all mechanical operations run efficiently and safely within industrial or project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical system failures and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering regulations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical teams on project execution.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented engineering environment.
- Basic knowledge of CAD and engineering design tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
