B2B Sales Representative

About the Role

On behalf of our client we are looking for ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing global company focused on experience-led marketing and customer engagement solutions.

In this role, you will work with international clients, helping businesses grow by offering innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and revenue.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and experience working with global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B partners across global markets
• Present and sell experience-based marketing solutions to decision-makers
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
• Conduct outbound sales activities (calls, emails, virtual meetings)
• Develop long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive measurable results
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level or above)
• 1+ years experience in B2B sales or working with international clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of sales tools/CRM is a plus
• Background in marketing, advertising, SaaS, or partnerships
• Experience working with global brands or multi-market clients
• Motivated, confident, and proactive personality
• Understanding of customer engagement or loyalty solutions
