Job Opportunity at Heal Venture Medical and Surgical Center
Heal Venture Medical and Surgical Center is seeking dedicated, qualified, and motivated candidates for the following positions to support our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers.
- Provide information about services, procedures, and healthcare options.
- Record patient information accurately in the healthcare management system.
- Update patient records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, including follow-ups and cancellations.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively and empathetically.
- Resolve issues related to appointments, billing, and insurance coverage.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in healthcare administration, marketing management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
