Education
- University degree in International Development, International Relations, Social Protection, or related field
- Relevant experience may substitute for some educational requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant field-based experience in cash and voucher programming
- At least 5 years of experience managing or coordinating inter-agency projects
- Experience in complex and fragile environments, preferably with international NGOs
- Proven experience in designing and managing humanitarian cash programs
- Experience working with partners and contributing to technical proposals
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of humanitarian operations and cash programming systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the country
- Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with MEAL systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with web conferencing tools and information management systems
