Cash Delivery Network Partnership Coordinator

Job Requirements

Education

• University degree in International Development, International Relations, Social Protection, or related field
• Relevant experience may substitute for some educational requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant field-based experience in cash and voucher programming
• At least 5 years of experience managing or coordinating inter-agency projects
• Experience in complex and fragile environments, preferably with international NGOs
• Proven experience in designing and managing humanitarian cash programs
• Experience working with partners and contributing to technical proposals

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of humanitarian operations and cash programming systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the country
• Strong analytical, innovative, and problem-solving mindset
• Experience with MEAL systems is an advantage
• Familiarity with web conferencing tools and information management systems
