Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and process exchanges.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and prepare end-of-day reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing daily sales and cash reports.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Follow company financial and security procedures.

Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (training in accounting or customer service is a plus).
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Basic maths and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, responsible, and dependable.
- Minimum 2 years for diploma and 4+ years’ experience for TVET.
