Job Summary
Geez Web Technologies is a leading HR solutions and recruitment company in Ethiopia, providing professional recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consulting services to various industries. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR & Talent Acquisition to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal database
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Follow up on interview feedback and offer processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
HR Support
- Assist in onboarding processes
- Prepare basic HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and confidential documents
- Support payroll and attendance tracking when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Education Background, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of Ethiopian labor law is a plus
