Web Admin - Jr. It Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Assistant (Web Admin) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Vacancy posting and data entry
• Monitoring and analysis of network traffic and website traffic
• Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the company website and web applications.
• Support in troubleshooting website issues, identifying bugs, and resolving performance problems.
• Collaborate with senior web administrators and development teams to implement new features and updates.
• Assist with content management, including uploading and updating text, images, and other media on the site.
• Monitor site traffic and performance analytics, generating reports as needed.
• Provide general IT support, including handling internal IT-related requests and issues.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields with 0 year & above
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and develop IT skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Previous internship or experience in a related field is an advantage but not required.
