We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Assistant (Web Admin) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Vacancy posting and data entry
- Monitoring and analysis of network traffic and website traffic
- Assist with the maintenance, monitoring, and updating of the company website and web applications.
- Support in troubleshooting website issues, identifying bugs, and resolving performance problems.
- Collaborate with senior web administrators and development teams to implement new features and updates.
- Assist with content management, including uploading and updating text, images, and other media on the site.
- Monitor site traffic and performance analytics, generating reports as needed.
- Provide general IT support, including handling internal IT-related requests and issues.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related fields with 0 year & above
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and develop IT skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Previous internship or experience in a related field is an advantage but not required.
