On behalf of our client (a startup company in tech-driven restaurant business), we are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Client Relations and Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the hospitality sector, strong administrative skills, and a keen understanding of accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, office coordination, and inventory control.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle employee and guest queries, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts as needed, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
- Prepare and maintain reports for upper management, providing insights into business performance.
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- A Marketing, Business, Hotel Management degree or related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
