Role Summary
- On behalf of our client, an NGO, we are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Program Supervisor to lead and oversee field-based clinical programs.
- The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, strict adherence to clinical protocols, and strong patient outcomes across multiple health projects.
- The position requires active field engagement, team leadership, and close collaboration with healthcare facilities and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clinical programs across field sites
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, health centers, and communities
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor and guide project staff, coordinators, and interns
- Monitor program performance, patient outcomes, and follow-up
- Collect data, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Licensed Medical Doctor (strongly preferred)
- 4 years + proven experience in clinical program implementation and supervision
- Strong knowledge of donors in areas such as MCH, women’s cancer, POP surgery, WASH, or women’s empowerment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in field settings
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
