Position: Company Secretary
Education:
- LLB/LLM or BA/MA in Management, Business Administration, English Language & Literature or related fields
Experience:
- Ten/Nine years proven and relevant post qualification experience out of which two years in a similar role or managerial position in financial sector.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency. Excellent Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations.
Excellent computer skills.
Salary: As per the company scale
