Computer Science & Business Administration Instructors

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for instructors specializing in Computer Science and Business Administration. The instructors will be responsible for preparing and delivering curriculum-based lectures, developing course materials, assessing students' progress, and contributing to academic research. Collaborating with other faculty members and mentoring students will also be part of the role. We recommend applicants' bachelor's degree and master's degree should be in similar or related fields.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Administration, including Business Management and Finance
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to assess and solve problems effectively
• Excellent communication skills for effective teaching and student engagement
• Experience in curriculum development and academic instruction
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• We recommend bachelor's degree and master's degree should be in similar or related fields
• Ability to work collaboratively within a faculty team and actively participate in academic and institutional activities
• Experience teaching in higher education settings is a plus
