About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction General Foreman to supervise and coordinate site activities. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations on construction sites, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety compliance, and ensuring work is completed according to project timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material usage
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
• Manage labor allocation and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Ensure efficient use of materials and minimize wastage
• Support problem-solving and resolve on-site operational issues
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe working environment

Education & Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management
• Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar supervisory role
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in construction site supervision
