Job Summary
World Vision is seeking a dedicated professional to manage financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting logistics and supply chain functions to serve vulnerable children effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Lead AP annual planning and budgeting, monitor cash flow (targeting a 90% monthly burn rate), and validate all financial transactions including purchase requests and petty cash.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure timely statutory and tax reporting, manage anti-corruption initiatives, and oversee audit requirements and project closeout processes.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution, alongside fixed asset registration and tracking.
- Administration: Oversee office facilities, security, and maintenance. Coordinate staff travel, ticketing, and accommodation while supervising outsourced services.
- People Management: Supervise and coach support staff, including drivers, guards, and storekeepers, ensuring a safe and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, logistics, or administration, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian context.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, fleet management, and donor compliance. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
