Job Summary
Kutta Real Estate is seeking a motivated and committed Sales Executive with a minimum of one year of proven experience in the real estate sector to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties
- Present and promote real estate properties to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients regularly
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
