Job Summary
The Customer Assessment Data Collector is responsible for supporting customer satisfaction measurement activities by engaging customers, facilitating survey participation, and ensuring accurate collection of customer feedback. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to assist customers with digital survey tools while maintaining the integrity of collected data.
Key Responsibilities
- Politely approach and invite customers to participate in customer satisfaction surveys.
- Explain the purpose and importance of the survey to customers.
- Assist customers with scanning QR codes and accessing online survey platforms when required.
- Ensure customers complete surveys independently without influencing their responses.
- Monitor daily survey participation and maintain records of response rates.
- Verify that QR codes are visible, accessible, and functioning properly.
- Provide basic technical assistance to customers using smartphones or survey platforms.
- Report survey-related issues, customer feedback, and operational challenges to supervisors.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
- Support data collection activities and other assigned customer assessment tasks.
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, data collection, or a related field.
- Experience conducting customer surveys or market research is an added advantage.
