On behalf of our client in the health care sector, we are seeking a polite, compassionate, and detail-oriented Customer Care to support patients and clients by handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to patient and customer inquiries professionally
- Provide clear and accurate information about services, appointments, and procedures
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and confidentiality
- Follow up on patient requests and service-related issues
- Coordinate with internal medical and administrative teams as needed
- Maintain accurate customer and patient records
- Ensure excellent customer care and service standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- Good communication skills (Amharic required; English preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
