Position Summary
The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer experience through effective communication, customer support, service coordination, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist customers professionally
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate customer follow-up activities
- Maintain customer records and service documentation
- Support sales and technical teams with customer communication
- Prepare quotations, customer correspondence, and reports when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist in front office, reception, and bid preparation activities
Qualifications
Education
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Reception, Front Office, or Customer Handling roles
- Experience in a technology company is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
