Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and through platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Provide detailed information on visa options, flight bookings, and related services
  • Manage customer inquiries across all channels (phone, email, in-person)
  • Organize and maintain client documents and records
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments
  • Supervise, train, and support the customer service team
  • Assist customers with visa applications and flight booking procedures
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Represent the company in all social media and client communication platforms
  • Create engaging social media content and occasionally go live on TikTok
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects
