Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone, and through platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Provide detailed information on visa options, flight bookings, and related services
- Manage customer inquiries across all channels (phone, email, in-person)
- Organize and maintain client documents and records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Supervise, train, and support the customer service team
- Assist customers with visa applications and flight booking procedures
- Handle complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Represent the company in all social media and client communication platforms
- Create engaging social media content and occasionally go live on TikTok
- Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects
