Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Schedule any appointments
- Prepare different letters in English/Amharic for different stakeholders/clients
- Source and procure goods, materials, and services locally as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, negotiate prices and terms, and monitor market trends to ensure cost-effective and competitive local purchasing.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, receipts, and invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchased items and consistent support for operational needs.
Requirement
