Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations
- Assign tasks and monitor staff performance on the production floor
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
- Monitor use of materials and reduce wastage
- Train and guide new and existing staff
- Report on production progress, issues, and improvements to management
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business or related field
- 0-4 years of experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, safety rules, and quality standards
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
