About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to fill a dual role as a Data Analyst and Receptionist. This position combines administrative front-office duties with data analysis tasks, making it ideal for an organized, tech-savvy individual who enjoys both customer interaction and analytical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and manage front-desk operations professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and meeting rooms.
- Assist the showroom head with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting minutes.
- Provide general administrative support (filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Prepare and serve refreshments for meetings and guests.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing office events and act as a liaison between staff and visitors.
- Collect, clean, and analyze company datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Support business decisions by identifying trends, patterns, and inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with departments to improve data collection and reporting processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis (internship or professional).
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Basic knowledge of data cleaning and visualization techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (for front-desk duties).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of organization and multitasking.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
