About the Job

The role involves ensuring that payment applications align with business requirements and systems goals, addressing and resolving system issues. Responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing the effectiveness of existing applications, disseminating best practices, and recommending software products and services. The position requires evaluating new applications and enhancements, collaborating with various stakeholders during testing, and ensuring new software integrations meet functional and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee payment applications to ensure reliable and efficient performance.
• Ensure payment systems align with business requirements and organizational goals.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Review and improve the effectiveness of existing payment applications.
• Evaluate new software solutions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure new integrations meet functional, security, and compliance standards.
• Promote best practices in application management and system operations.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management.

About You

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
• 10/8 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in managerial or senior professional positions
• Ethical competence, risk conscious and emotional intelligence
