Job Description
- Education: 12th/10th Grade Complete; and Public I or Third level Driving License.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 Years Driving experience. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
Job Objective
To provide appropriate service by maintaining good driving ethics and driving the assigned vehicle properly and carefully.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that engine oil, water, electricity, tire pressure, etc. are available before starting work.
- Driving the bank's heavy, medium, small, and light vehicles to transport employees or goods both in and out of the city.
- Ensuring that the vehicle's needs such as fuel, spare tires, and spare parts are available.
- Purchasing and distributing necessary items in the field with a legal receipt.
- Recording the vehicle's odometer, starting and ending numbers, and travel locations on the prepared form.
- Monitoring the replacement and repair needs of the vehicle and notifying the department head or transportation administration in a timely manner.
- Performing minor repairs and reporting major breakdowns to the transportation administration.
- Counting the property received for delivery and handing it over to the relevant party.
- Maintaining the safety of the vehicle received.
- Monitoring when the vehicle is taken to the garage for repair and ensuring it is properly repaired.
- Requesting that the vehicle be serviced on time.
- Inspecting the vehicle annually.
- Attaching the license plate and other required documents to the vehicle body.
- Wearing the bank's uniform cleanly during working hours.
- Performing other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
