Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in hospital infection prevention, environmental health, or occupational safety
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian IPC guidelines, biosafety protocols, and waste management standards
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training delivery skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office and documentation systems
