Role Description

This is a full-time position within the Event Operations Team, responsible for supporting all operational aspects of event execution from planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event reporting, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and excellence across every project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of event operations
  • Manage event logistics, materials, inventory, and operational requirements
  • Coordinate closely with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Ensure all event setups align with approved designs, layouts, and production plans
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including registration management, guest flow, and logistics coordination
  • Anticipate, manage, and resolve operational challenges in real time
  • Lead post-event breakdown, cleanup, and operational reporting
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including design, administration, and documentation
  • Represent Maxima Events with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail at every engagement

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Event operations, event coordination, hospitality, or logistics
  • Experience supporting large-scale or premium events is an advantage
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
