Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects to support the sales pipeline. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on company criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) -> this is a mandatory requirement
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
