Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time SEO & Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution of digital marketing and website tasks across multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience who has a basic to intermediate understanding of SEO and hands-on experience working with websites and content.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Execution
- Upload and format blog posts on WordPress, Drupal and Wix
- Optimize content (meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, image optimization)
- Update and improve existing blog posts
- Perform basic keyword research
- Implement internal linking strategies
- Prepare content based on provided briefs
Website Management (Light Web Tasks)
- Create and update pages using WordPress, Wix, or Drupal
- Format content and adjust layouts using page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar)
- Fix basic layout and formatting issues
- Ensure pages are mobile-friendly and well-structured
LinkedIn & Outreach Support
- Assist with creating and scheduling LinkedIn posts
- Engage with comments and connections
- Support prospecting and outreach activities
Research & Support Tasks
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Identify backlink and guest posting opportunities
- Assist with various SEO and digital marketing tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website content management
- Must have intermediate level of understanding of SEO
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (required)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Experience with Wix or page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.) is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic online tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with LinkedIn management or outreach
- Understanding of internal linking and keyword research tools
What This Role Is Not
This position focuses on execution and implementation, not high-level strategy.

- An SEO Manager or SEO Strategist role
- A Digital Marketing Manager position
- A Social Media Manager role focused only on content creation
- A full-stack web development position
- A graphic design role
